My Order

What options do I have if I want to cancel my order, but 30 minutes has passed?

We strive to get your order processed as quickly as possible, therefore we are unable to cancel/modify the order. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and can email us at customer.service@babybop.com with your tracking information attached.

The item I want is out-of-stock. What are my options?

Many items allow a notification email to be sent once the item is back in stock. If the option isn’t available for the particular item, please check back.

 

Why are there pending charges on my account if my order was not successful?

Each time you click on the "Place My Order" button, a pending charge is posted to your account, even if the order was not successful. These authorizations are usually removed from your account within 3-5 business days (PayPal within 30 days).

 

In most cases, these errors occur due to a billing address not matching the address on the credit/debit card being used. We would recommend confirming the billing address with your financial institution is up to date.

 

When will I be charged for my order?

As items are shipped, charges will post to your credit or debit card account.

 

Note: Upon order placement, a pending charge is posted to your account until item(s) ship.

 

What are my payment options to place an online order?

The following payment options are accepted:

Can changes be made to my order?

 

As we strive to place your order as fast as possible, once your order is placed it cannot be changed. We suggest making another order for new purchases or email us customer.service@yourbabybop.com for returns.

Will an invoice be received when placing an order?

When you place an order on our website and include your email address, you will receive an order and shipping confirmation email that shows the details of your order. You will receive an invoice in the package.

Do you ship to US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?

Yes, we ship to US military addresses.  Orders shipping to US military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the United States.
